Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya!

Touch down in Nairobi, where your adventure begins. You’ll be greeted at the airport by your friendly guide, who will transfer you to your hotel. After a warm welcome, settle in and relax for the evening. This is your first taste of Kenya, and you’ll be ready to rest up for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

After a hearty breakfast, meet your safari driver and embark on your journey to the legendary Masai Mara. As you drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, take in the rolling hills and distant mountains. Upon arrival in the Mara, check in at your lodge or tented camp, then dive straight into your first game drive. Prepare for an evening of wildlife sightings, from majestic lions to graceful giraffes.

Days 3: Unleash Your Wild Side in Masai Mara

For the next two days, you’ll be fully immersed in the beauty of Masai Mara. Explore the vast plains on morning and afternoon game drives, where you’ll have the chance to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and a wealth of other wildlife.

Day 4: Keep Explore Masai Mara

Keep enjoy the wildlife of Masaimara and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the famous wildebeest migration (depending on the season). There’s also an option to visit a Maasai village and learn about their rich culture.

Day 5: Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

After your final morning game drive in the Mara, it’s time to head to Lake Naivasha, a serene and tranquil spot. Enjoy the stunning lake views, and spend the afternoon cruising the waters, where you’ll encounter hippos and a variety of birds. If you’re up for it, take a guided walk on Crescent Island, where wildlife roams freely.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park

This morning, you’ll continue your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. As you approach, enjoy the stunning views as you descend into the Great Rift Valley. After settling in, take an afternoon game drive and spot the park’s famous residents, including rhinos, flamingos, and Rothschild giraffes. Day 8: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, head to Murchison Falls, Uganda’s largest national park. On your way, stop by Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a unique rhino tracking experience—walking with these gentle giants in their natural habitat is a real highlight. Later, continue to Murchison Falls, where you’ll check in at your lodge and enjoy a relaxing evening surrounded by nature.

Day 9: Game Drive & Boat Cruise at Murchison Falls

Today begins early with a thrilling game drive through Murchison Falls National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants, lions, giraffes, and the elusive leopard. In the afternoon, board a boat cruise on the Nile River, where you’ll drift past hippos, crocodiles, and a myriad of water birds. Day 11: Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

This morning, prepare for an exciting chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale Forest. This park is famous for its chimpanzee population, and you may also encounter other primates like colobus monkeys and vervet monkeys. After your trek, head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll check in and enjoy a relaxing evening with views of the Kazinga Channel.

Day 12: Game Drive & Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth

Day 16: Kigali to Nyungwe National Park 

Your Rwanda adventure begins with a scenic drive to Nyungwe National Park, known for its ancient rainforests and incredible biodiversity. In the afternoon, enjoy a canopy walk through the forest, where you’ll have the chance to admire the breathtaking views of the lush green treetops below. Later, visit a local tea plantation to learn about Rwanda’s thriving tea industry and its role in the country’s economy.

Day 17: Kamiranzovu Waterfall & Colobus Monkey Trek 

Today, enjoy a hike to the stunning Kamiranzovu Waterfall, hidden deep within Nyungwe Forest. This is a peaceful and beautiful spot, perfect for nature lovers. Afterward, head out for a trek to spot the elusive black and white colobus monkeys—one of the highlights of the park. Day 20: Departure from Kigali 

Before you catch your flight home, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn more about Rwanda’s history and pay tribute to the lives lost. If time allows, take a final stroll through Kigali’s bustling markets, where you can pick up some last-minute souvenirs. Later, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your flight home, leaving with unforgettable memories of your African adventure.
